R. v. Jason Lalancette and Jerry-Lee Joan Cerny

This case was initiated by an illegal search of my residence on September 26th, 2000. Constable Greg Johnson knew from the original information he was given that the warrant was illegal, but he insisted on executing it. The result was a stay of proceedings entered by the federal Crown on February 6th, 2001 to avoid exposing the criminality of the police and J.P. who issued process on both the warrant to search and the two charges.
